The Innovation Centre Coworking Space offers shared hot desk space, private meeting rooms and individual offices for lease.
Our Virtual Office service provides mailbox rentals, mail forwarding and package or parcel receiving at a real street address.

Work Spaces



Hot Desks


There are 10 hot desks centrally located on the second floor of the Innovation Center. Each desk comes with access to a power outlet and a free fibre optic Wifi connection. Just steps away are the scanner/copier and other shared office equipment. Hot desk memberships are $200/month or $20/day (5th day FREE!) and include access to meeting rooms*, the lunch room and rooftop deck. Drop-ins welcome, subject to hot desk availability.

Offices


There are private offices on both the second and third floors. The offices on the second floor provide convenient access to the central administrative hub and are well suited to new start-ups and emerging businesses looking to take their companies to the next level. Offices on the third floor offer spectacular views of Shuswap Lake to the north, Mount Ida to the south and Gleneden to the west and attract specialized and longstanding businesses that can offer mentorship to the businesses on the second floor. All office leases come inclusive of the amenities detailed at the bottom of this page.

Meeting and Event Spaces



Board Room


This bright, exciting and transformable space is available for use by coworking tenants and via public rental. The Innovation Centre Board Room can seat up to 18 people "board room style" and 30+ theatre style. The room is equipped with an 82-inch flat screen smart TV, a whiteboard, magnetic wall for displays, and a flip chart. Room rental includes coffee, tea and water.

Daily Rental Rate: $280





Meeting Room


Smaller meeting rooms, suitable for groups of 3-5 people are also available, offering private meeting space at an affordable price point. These meeting rooms are perfectly tailored for interviews, one-on-one training, breakout sessions and other small group meetings.
